Solar panel details:

206 Silfab American-made high-efficiency solar panels, each designed to produce 500 Watts. These solar panels can last for more than 40 years with very little maintenance, and their durable construction ensures they can handle weather events like high winds and heavy snow.

Each solar panel provides the following benefits:

  • Saves $3,400 over the 25 years it’s warrantied for. However, most solar panels last much longer — often more than 40 years.

  • Avoids about 1,107 pounds of CO2 every year. This is the equivalent of planting nine trees each year.

  • Shades roof, providing additional air-conditioning savings in the summer.

CROMWELL’S NONPROFIT SOLAR PROGRAM

Nonprofits can now get a 40% federal tax rebate on their solar panel installations.

Nonprofits are now eligible for generous solar rebates from the federal government. These incentives, along with our financing, mean solar panels can be cash positive from day one.

By using Cromwell Solar’s American made solar panels, a bonus 10% tax credit is added to the standard 30% solar tax credit for a total of a 40% tax credit, which functions like an amazing solar rebate for non-profits.

Including the 40% “rebate,” the solar payback period can be as quick as 6-9 years for a nonprofit (depending on the size of the solar installation and electric rates).

Cromwell Solar offers no-money-down financing options for churches, non-profits, and even governments that are cash positive from day one, while keeping some of the tax credit in their coffers.
